Our goal is Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. During public holiday periods, please allow our team more time to process the order. Please note that orders are not processed over the weekends or any public holiday.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders from Hong Kong will be shipped out and delivered within 7 business days upon ordering.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, we do offer Express Shipping for our customers in Hong Kong. Simply select express shipping during your checkout and the delivery time will be approximately 1 to 3 business days.
Return Policy
Tianmo has a 30-day return policy starting on the day you’ve received the sample. We will only accept returns for damaged or faulty goods that are not opened. Customers wil also need to have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened or if a customer has a “change of mind” after purchase.

After the product has been returned to our facility, we will inspect and inform the customer if a refund has been approved or not. Payment will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it might take up to 15 business days depending on which bank or credit card company that is being used.
Wrong Order Received
If you have received the wrong order, please email us at info@tianmo.hk as soon as the product arrives so we can replace the incorrect product.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only available if our warehouse team members have no packed the order yet.
